Monday through Thursday


1. Complete and sign the application. For an online application, click here if this is for a residential property, and click here if it is for a commercial property.

2. You must provide us with your tax identification number.

3. You must provide us with a copy of your building permit.

4. You must pay the following deposits:

Water $25
Sewer $25
Gas $40
Garbage $40 per container

Builders will be excluded from the garbage container deposit only if the property is unoccupied, and you will be responsible for removing and disposing of any trash found on the premises.

5. You must pay the following service charges:

Water $17
Sewer $25
Gas $17

6. You must pay the following tap fees:

Water tap $285
Sewer tap tie-in $500
Sewer tie-in only $200
Gas tap $295 for 100 feet; $1.40 per additional foot
